Welcome to MasQrade. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MasQrade website, mobile applications, and queue management services (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The MasQrade Service

MasQrade provides professional face painters and event artists ("Vendors") with a digital queue management system to handle client waitlists and service flow.

2. Subscriptions and Trials

• 14-Day Free Trial: New Vendors are entitled to a single 14-day trial period of MasQrade Pro. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, access to Pro features will be restricted unless a paid subscription is activated.
• Subscription Tiers: We offer 'Standard' and 'Pro' monthly or annual subscriptions. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a Vendor, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to impersonate any other person or business.

4. Intellectual Property

The MasQrade name, logo, and all software associated with the Service are the exclusive property of MasQrade. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your active subscription or trial.

5. Limitation of Liability

MasQrade is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasQrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your actions cause harm to the MasQrade community or infrastructure.
