We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide and maintain the MasQrade Service as per our Terms.
  • Legitimate Interests: For security, fraud prevention, and improving the integrity of our platform.
  • Consent: For marketing materials and trial communications (which you can withdraw at any time).

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following categories of trusted third-party providers:

  • Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) for secure data storage and authentication.
  • Support: Tawk.to for providing live customer support.
  • Payments: Stripe for processing secure subscription payments.

4. Data Storage, Security and International Transfers

Your data is stored securely using Firebase infrastructure. Because Google is a global company, your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—servers located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK (primarily in the United States). We ensure such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as is necessary to provide the Service or to comply with legal obligations. If you do not subscribe after your trial ends, your data will be archived and eventually deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
